Pets are not admitted in rooms, lounges, or facilities, except where legally required.
Food and drinks
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. On-site orders depend on availability.
Cleaning and damage
Visitors must keep spaces clean and cover properly supported damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Times and capacity
Assigned schedules and authorised guest counts must be respected. Extensions require prior approval.
Sauna, hot tub, and pool
Follow staff instructions, supervise minors, and do not tamper with equipment.
Bookings
All services depend on availability. A WhatsApp enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Private House and groups
Communicated conditions apply to participants, camping, rooms, cleaning, food, schedules, and care of facilities.
